Faulty phone

I sent my phone to have a new screen fitted the chap was ok to do so I got my phone back and a week later it is faulty I took it back to the shop and they refuse to look at it and said that I had dropped it which I have not after paying £200 for a new screen it now does not work and they telling me I have no warranty or anything do not use these guys they will fob you off after taking your money
